Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:
Order placed with Cabopino Lighting can either be picked up at our showroom at:
Ctra. N-340/A7, Km 195
Centro Commercial Cabopino
29600 Marbella (Marbella)

or delivered to you by courier (see below).

Zone rates:

Zone 1 - Spain mainland or UK Mainland: €25.00

Zone 2 - Outside mainland Spain or Mainland UK: you will be contacted with a shipping quote.

We reserve the right to inform you of a revised carriage charge where applicable.

Goods are available for despatch within 10 to 14 working days of receipt of order.

Goods that are out of stock may take up to 28 working days of receipt of order.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

To return goods for any reason please call us or email sales@cabopinolighting.com. We will give you a returns authorisation.

Goods without returns authorisation will not be accepted.

Goods returned must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Goods must be returned at the expense of the consumer by registered means.

Goods returned for reasons relating to a fault will be returned to the consumer at the cost of Cabopino Lighting as long as they conform to the relevant criteria (see warranty under Terms of Business)

The fixture cannot have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original packaging complete with lamps and any other parts supplied. (See returns policy).

We have the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above criteria.

FAULTY GOODS:

Any damages, faults or shortages must be notified within 7 days of receipt (See returns policy).

Cabopino Lighting cannot accept responsibility after this period

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance with the consumer's requirements.

Cabopino Lighting will in no way be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electrician's fees, time taken from place of employment etc.
